LAREDO, TEXAS, March 2, 2021 /Lyssyenegy/ -- Lyssy Energy Enterprises LLC celebrates the expansion of operations into a full-scale renewable energy developer.

 

Lyssy Energy Enterprises LLC, a privately-held independent company specializing in identifying and marketing energy resource packaged deals is proudly announcing the company’s expansion into developing utility scale wind and solar electrical power plants.

 

Previously, the company primarily collaborated with and offered services to leading U.S. renewable industry developers. Last year, Lyssy Energy began preparation to launch full-scale development of its own renewable energy projects in 2021. Lyssy Energy is currently developing a number of projects at various stages, totaling over 1,500 MW of power generation capacity. Fundraising of development capital for current and future projects is underway. The company has already developed a pipeline of projects representing up to 15 GW of power generation potential in its portfolio.

 

On the company’s recent expansion, Lyssy Energy Enterprises’ CEO Fidel Garza says, “Expanding our scope of operations was the logical next step in this new era of sustainable clean energy. This new year has been one of my proudest moments with Lyssy Energy. This company was born out of necessity to develop and produce much needed energy while at the same time protecting the landowners and the surface by being good stewards of the environment.”

 

This expansion has been successfully executed due, in part, to the addition of new partners to the company’s leadership, Megan and Robbin Goodman.

Megan Goodman has assumed the role of the company’s Chief Financial Officer and sits on the board of directors. Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in accounting and finance, and specializes in assessing the feasibility of investment opportunities and strategic partnerships. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has previously held positions at one of the largest multinational accounting firms.

 

Robbin Goodman serves as the company’s Chief Business Development Officer and is a member of the board of directors. Robbin has an extensive background in major international investments, primarily in the energy industry. Robbin is also affiliated with the George H.W. Bush Foundation for U.S.-China Relations, where he serves as the Director of Business Programs & Corporate Affairs. His talent and insights are key to the future development of Lyssy Energy’s success.
